Michael ("Mike") Fletcher leads the direction, coordination, and execution for ProLogic HR. Mike brings well over 30 years of operations and sales management experience to the company. He is especially skilled in building client relationships, process implementation with an emphasis on process controls. Prior to joining ProLogic, Mike worked as a Director in a variety of mid-to-large companies and also served as the Managing Partner/Owner of a collection of diverse businesses. He has been a part of the Greenville community for over 20 years and is truly an asset to the team.

Michael ("Mike") Fletcher is at the helm of ProLogic HR, steering the direction, coordination, and execution of the company’s initiatives. With over three decades of expertise in operations and sales management, Mike is a driving force behind our success. His exceptional talent lies in building strong client relationships and implementing processes with a sharp focus on controls and efficiency.
Before joining ProLogic, Mike made his mark as a Director in several mid-to-large companies and thrived as the Managing Partner and Owner of a diverse portfolio of businesses. A proud member of the Greenville community for over 20 years, Mike’s deep-rooted connections and extensive experience make him an invaluable asset to our team and supporting our clients.
When he’s not improving a company’s operations, Mike can be found enjoying time with his six grandkids, exploring the North Carolina mountains by motorcycle with his wife, or playing a round of golf.
Heather is committed to helping our clients thrive by providing HR functional excellence. Passionate about people and their potential, she is dedicated to cultivating a positive work culture, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations, and propelling employees toward organizational success.
With expertise in all aspects of HR Administration, Heather excels at building highly engaged teams and fostering a strong sense of community. Known for her patience and composure in navigating complex situations, she is well-versed in forging and maintaining strong employee relations, encouraging open communication, and ensuring harmonious collaboration within diverse teams. With a drive for continual growth and improvement, Heather is devoted to streamlining processes and implementing practical solutions, saving valuable time and resources.
Heather’s motivation comes from her husband and four adult children who inspire her to be a better human every day. After work you can be sure to find her spending time with her family, recharging on the yoga mat, cooking up a new recipe, or snuggling up with her adorable grand-dog while indulging in a Grey's Anatomy marathon together.
With over eight years of experience in education, Lillian discovered her true passion in Human Resources, where she's seamlessly transferred her skills to create impactful employee experiences. From pre-employment support to full-cycle onboarding, Lillian thrives on helping new hires find their footing and feel at home in their roles. Her expertise extends to maintaining essential HR documents, orchestrating memorable company events, and ensuring smooth attendance management. Her commitment is to empower employees, fostering an environment where they can excel and contribute to a vibrant company culture.
When she's not in the office, you’ll find her soaking up the sun with her husband and two energetic boys. Whether it’s unwinding at Edisto Beach, exploring nature trails, or enjoying a friendly game of golf. Every moment is an adventure, and they enjoy making the most of it together.

Having the expertise needed to stay in compliance while remaining flexible enough to leverage opportunities is a rare skill set. Rarer still, is her LOVE (yes, those are her words) of administering benefits and making it understandable to those she’s working with. She has 17 years of experience in finance, HR, and business administration including 20 years as a small business owner! Her experience in a variety of payroll and accounting platforms allows her to flex for each client we serve.
