Operations Manager

Meet Jay Beneventano, our new HR Operations Manager. Jay brings his uncanny knack for streamlining HR processes and nurturing talent to our team! With a wealth of experience in employee training and workforce management he mixes in his "people-first" approach (his secret sauce) helping clients tackle HR challenges head-on.

Whether it’s crafting training programs, strengthening talent acquisition, or optimizing operations, Jay helps our clients build efficient teams, strategize innovative solutions to HR hurdles, and create sustainability in the core of any company’s operations – the people!


Off-duty, he's a die-hard fan of the South Carolina Gamecocks which keeps him humbled most of the year. But his real passion is spending quality time with his wife and two children, enjoying the outdoors, taking in a movie, or enjoying a concert here in town.

Lisa’s extensive experience in the complexity of payroll and benefits combined with her ability to stay on top of the ever-changing landscape has proven an invaluable asset to our clients. Having the expertise needed to stay in compliance while remaining flexible enough to leverage opportunities is a rare skill set. Rarer still, is her LOVE (yes, those are her words) of administering benefits and making it understandable to those she’s working with. She has 17 years of experience in finance, HR, and business administration including 20 years as a small business owner! Her experience in a variety of payroll and accounting platforms allows her to flex for each client we serve.



Lisa enjoys the opportunity to positively impact each unique organization and the people she interacts with. When she’s not thinking about payroll and benefits, she’s enjoying the outdoors with her family.

Connor Puckett

VP of Business Development & Client Success

Connor brings an operational, people-centric approach with a focus on business development and ensuring our clients success. With a background in early-stage, mission-driven startups he brings creative problem solving and energy into every project. He geeks out over the details and sees his role as one of service: addressing the needs of our clients and their people.

His unique experience in recruiting, leadership development, and process implementation lends crucial insights to our clients, our staff and our daily operations.

While not working at ProLogic, Connor finds himself trying funky, new IPAs at his local brewery, reliving the glory days on the pickle ball courts, and perusing the farmer’s market with his wife.

Suzanne Jones

People administrator

Suzanne’s background in market research has developed her notable strengths around details, logic and exceptional service. She has a proven track record of positive impact by putting others first.


Previous clients have praised her intentionality, flexibility, and ability to listen well which enables her to key in on nuances that make a noticeable difference. Her responsibilities grew to include team management and staff development while having an eye for efficiency and a desire to continually grow and learn. With her 17 years of analytical, management, and consulting experience, she is able to see clients’ worlds from both big-picture and intricate perspectives.



Suzanne’s approach is to put herself in the other person’s shoes to the best of her ability. When she shifts to family mode, she enjoys spending time with her almost adult children and three dogs, backing the Georgia Bulldogs (she is legit as an alum!), and exploring new restaurants.

With a drive for continual growth and improvement, Heather is devoted to streamlining processes and implementing practical solutions, saving valuable time and resources.



Heather’s motivation comes from her husband and four adult children who inspire her to be a better human every day. After work you can be sure to find her spending time with her family, recharging on the yoga mat, cooking up a new recipe, or snuggling up with her adorable grand-dog while indulging in a Grey's Anatomy marathon together.
